If you’ve confirmed your shipping address, your new SIM card will typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days of shipment. You’ll receive a notification once it has shipped, along with instructions for activation. If you haven’t yet confirmed your address, please do so as soon as possible to avoid delays.
When your new SIM arrives, follow the instructions in your activation guide to start using your upgraded network.
If you don’t complete this free SIM card upgrade, your Lifeline service may eventually stop working as the current network infrastructure retires. We want to make sure you stay connected with stronger signals and uninterrupted benefits.
